As Managing Director – Digital, Greg leads digital tool integration and data-driven methodologies for TBM’s lean transformation practice to help clients leverage emerging technologies.
Greg has served as a consultant most of his career, partnering with clients to help them achieve outstanding results and develop capabilities to sustain long-lasting change. He has guided organizations through complex transformation initiatives, delivering greater than $60MM revenue growth by improving reliability to 98%, increasing crude throughput 5% over six months, and achieving 99% Operational Availability across three critical process units at a decades-old refinery.
He led an SAP-based OEE analytics implementation, identified more than $10MM in annual profit opportunity through octane giveaway meta-analysis, and coached clients on KPI visualization to support real-time production decision-making.
Greg also served as Lean & Industry 4.0 Program Director and Customer Success Manager at iObeya, a leading digital visual management software company. He drove and expanded platform adoption by aligning clients’ lean performance goals with untapped digital features and provided expert guidance for global client implementations.
Greg holds a Master of Organization Development and a Master of Arts in German and Political Science from Bowling Green State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in German and Russian. He holds a Level 7 Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring certification, is a Scaled Agile SAFe 6 Practice Consultant, carries credentials in Sigma Kaizen Green Belt, holds a Microsoft Power BI Level 2 competency, is certified in Effective Facilitation, and knowledgeable in PMBOK and EVMS project management techniques. He is fluent in German, functional in Russian, and has basic knowledge of French and Hungarian.
