strengthened a foundational lean process for improved daily management, and coached the organization to achieve a 30% increase in machine speeds and a 14% productivity increase in finishing.
Todd worked as a General Manager at IMMI SafeGuard, a school bus seat manufacturer, where he focused on steel fabrication, robotic welding, powder coatings, and assembly.
