Todd has worked in progressively responsible operational leadership roles or provided consulting to manufacturing and service organizations with roles as a general manager, director of operations, plant manager, and quality director. His company experience includes Collins & Aikman, Woodbridge Group, HSM
Solutions, and IMMI SafeGuard—with industry knowledge of automotive, printing, steel fabrication, textiles, furniture, and service shop operations.

Recently, Todd served as an interim general manager at a flexographic roll-fed printing operation where bolstered P&L EBITDA by 65% over budget,
strengthened a foundational lean process for improved daily management, and coached the organization to achieve a 30% increase in machine speeds and a 14% productivity increase in finishing.

Todd worked as a General Manager at IMMI SafeGuard, a school bus seat manufacturer, where he focused on steel fabrication, robotic welding, powder coatings, and assembly. He improved safety, reduced defects (DPPM) by 65%, and reduced the cost of product quality by 15%. He implemented plant layout changes to reduce inventory using one-piece flow and quality improvement.

Other experience includes progressively responsible roles at HSM Solutions, a transportation and specialty products manufacturer, where he marshalled strategic planning and directed six operations through a significant growth period. He standardized KPIs and oversaw construction of a new 65,000 sq. ft. facility with a semi-automatic assembly line.
