In the expansion of our teams, we’re looking for the right player with an HR background that can assist our internal teams in the administrative and recruiting process. The best part of this gig? It’s part-time and can work remotely 50% of the time.

The task

The HR/Recruiting Coordinator supports all efforts within talent acquisition and human resources within the firm. You will interface with hiring managers in coordinating and scheduling activities and issue resolution related to new hire set-up. Hours are flexible during the core business hours of the day.

  • Track candidate information and maintain up-to-date candidate status information.
  • Work closely with our consultants handling the on-boarding process with documentation, background checks and drug screening.
  • Coordinate and facilitate of new employee on-boarding activities through training process.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with leadership team.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts for new consultants using boolean strategies through job board search engines and LinkedIn with a keen eye on developing trends to identify top talent.

The experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in recruiting, with preference in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, or other technical fields.
  • Exceptional technical ability to perform complicated searches, and high sense of intuitiveness to identify high caliber players for the team.
