We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role will focus on scheduling meetings with new prospects, nurturing leads, and supporting the overall sales process for TBM’s consulting services. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and an ability to build relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach with a goal to schedule engaged conversations with the Managing Director of Business Development.
- Qualification & Needs Assessment: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and determine fit for TBM’s services.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the business development team to schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and manage CRM records.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in professional services, consulting, or manufacturing industries.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms, preferred but not required.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Familiarity with lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or supply chain management is a plus.
