Gui Spina

Gui has 10+ years of experience working with professional audio and video software.

Since joining TBM, Gui has supported consulting engagements in medical device contract manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, automotive, electronics, aerospace, and mining clients. He has work experience in numerous manufacturing processes including thermoforming, CNC machining, welding, heading, disassembly, assembly, and other fabrication processes.

As a Management Consultant, Gui implements operational improvements and trains associates to reduce waste, and balance production lines. His areas of subject matter expertise include:

• Conducting time studies, method studies, observations, and identifies opportunities to improve standard work.
• Creating visual work instructions for production, changeovers, and FMEA using AviX production engineering software.
• Producing training and standard work videos for lean training, thermoforming, CNC machining, and fabrication and assembly processes for multiple manufacturing clients.
• Providing KPI and financial data analysis for operational diagnostics.

Gui is passionate about helping clients drive enterprise value creation and reduce risks by improving sustainability and ESG performance. He is a Sustainability Professional certified by GRI, helping clients align their sustainability reporting, practices, and initiatives to the world’s most widely used sustainability reporting standards.

He is also an FSA Level 1 Candidate pursuing an FSA accreditation to help clients leverage the linkage between financially material sustainability information and a company’s ability to drive enterprise value.

Gui is multi-lingual (fluent in English and Portuguese and able to communicate in Spanish). He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from California Institute of the Arts with a major in Music Technology: Interaction, Intelligence, and Design and a minor in Digital Arts.
